The contracting authority has a varying need for ICT assistance. The contracting authority's objective with this procurement is to enter into framework agreements with a service providers that can secure access to relevant personnel qualified in ICT, with a high availability in each of the following specialist areas:
— Service area 1: Operational support;
— Service area 2: ICT consultancy and advisory services;
— Service area 3: Development competence;
— Service area 4: Quality assurance of projects.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Requirement to submit tax certificate for VAT (National requirement).

(4) Requirement to submit a declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement):

— The service provider must have his tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.

— The tenderer must meet Norwegian HSE requirements when performing work in Norway.

— The tenderer should be a legally established company.

— The tenderer should have good conduct.

— The service provider shall, for the execution of the contract, fulfil the conditions according to regulations dated 8.2.2008 no. 112 on wages and working conditions.
