Oslo kommune, in co-operation with other public agencies, intensifies efforts against work crime generally and especially social dumping, and will now establish agreement with suppliers who can assist in professional contract follow-up within the areas of risk, including cleaning and building and construction. The services that are described in the requirement specification must be deliverable both to all of Oslo municipality's organisations and all of the 64 (99) public agencies that have joined the agreement. Assignments must be able to be carried out at locations throughout the whole of Norway. The content in the individual specific assignments will be further defined by the Contracting Authority in the individual call-offs within the frame of the requirement specification.

In addition to all of Oslo municipality's organisations being obliged to utilise this agreement, 64 participants (see the list below) have joined the agreement by delivering adherence declarations. Some of these are coalitions of organisations and altogether there are 99 participants connected to the agreement. It is extremely uncertain what the scope of the requested services will be. It is estimated that there will be 30-60 call-offs undertaken of various sizes during the 1st year of the agreement, but that the scope will increase thereafter.
