In order to obtain a more predictable utilisation of the human resources, Trondheim municipality (abbreviated and henceforth referred to as TK) shall through an open tender contest enter into agreements with contractors who shall cover TK's requirements for constant services and maintenance assignments in the existing buildings.
The framework agreements shall cover all municipal buildings, private units operated through municipal operational funding, the Housing foundation for welfare housing and other foundations administered by TK. After TK has signed a contract with the contractor (s), the agreement will be communicated to all involved municipal entities that also can join the agreement.

VAT). Sub-assignments with values higher than this amount will mainly be awarded subsequent to implementation of separate tender contests. Exceptions — i.a. when it is difficult to estimate the scope of works in advance, or if the assignment is not suitable for fixed pricing, the sub-assignments that are estimated to exceed 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT can be awarded within the framework agreements.800 000 000
