Companies/businesses for which the municipality is a significant owner, have the option to join the agreement. The construction project is included in the agreement, but the Customer retains the right to award contracts on delivery of white goods and brown goods for major construction projects through separate competitions.It is emphasised that the stated volume is based on estimates from private financial data, as well as expectations about future needs, and that the consumption can vary from year to year. The estimated contract value is of an informative nature only, and the Contracting Authority is not bound by this.
