Framework agreement unit snow blowers

Avinor AS and Oslo Lufthavn AS, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to pre-qualify actual suppliers for a competition for the delivery of unit snow blowers for use at Norwegian airports. Unit snow blowers are defined as snow blowers in which the feed and expulsion are driven by the snow blower's engine. Propulsion will be achieved by connecting it to an existing wheel loader. Unit snow blowers are an important part of the winter maintenance of runways, taxiways, exits, reflection areas and aeroplane apron areas at all our 46 airports.
The contract will cover the need for such machines in a four year contract period.
The contracting authority shall cover all its procurements of new unit snow blowers through this framework agreement for the entire contract period. The contracting authority owns approx. 50 unit snow blowers divided between 46 airports.
