A contract shall thus be signed with three tenderers for constructional trade services (parallel framework agreements). The Norwegian parliament's properties consist of the parliament building at Karl Johansgate 22 (‘Stortinget’), Prinsensgate 26, Akersgata 18 and 20 (rented premises) and 21, Nedre Vollgate 18 and 20, Tollbugata 31, as well as in the contracting authority's 139 service/commuter residences, which are mainly situated in the centre of Oslo. Most of the properties are listed and the building and renovation work connected to these has to be carried out in accordance with the cultural heritage guidelines.
