Tromsø municipality shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement involving the delivery of equipment for play and sports.
The tender contest includes the following product groups:
Estimated annual call-offs based on statistics for 2014:
1. Toys: NOK 500 000
2. Furniture, fixtures and equipment for use indoor in nursery schools and day care facilities for schoolchildren: NOK 550 000
3. Sports equipment (including swimming equipment for resale): NOK 550 000
In principle,Tromsø kommune requests 1 main supplier for the product groups found adequate. However, it may be relevant to divide the delivery between several suppliers if this is found financially most favourable for Tromsø kommune, or if the assortment requires a division.

Vitale parts must be replaceable and plastic toys for outdoor use must have guarantees in relation to use in cold weather.The toys must comply with the minimum requirements specified in annex 3. None of the products shall contain unwholesome or environmental hazardous substances. The toys shall satisfy the EU directive 88/378/EEC; safety requirements for toys, as well as Norwegian standards regarding the safety of toys, NS – EN 71-1 to 71-6.

In accordance with the law of 11.6.1976 no. 79 regarding product control.Furthermore, the furniture must comply with the requirement in accordance with the regulation regarding ignitability of mattresses and upholstered furniture — no. 525 of 16.4.1999, as well as requirements, cf. The Regulation regarding fibre labelling of textile products. The quality of the fabric on the furniture must satisfy the range of application's requirements in relation to wear resistance, and shall be washable in temperatures up to 60 °C.

Information of the tenderer: Annex 1 shall be completed and attached to the tender. The tenderer is asked to provide information of their organisation and turnover in an extent that gives Tromsø kommune an accurate picture of the company. The tenderer shall also sign a self-declaration regarding wage and working conditions, as well as a self-declaration on the UN Convention on the Rights of the child.

Certificates of registration in a professional register as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established, for example the Brønnøysund Business Register (company registration certificate), as well as any established classification for the register where applicable.

Certificates issued by the competent authorities in the member country where the supplier belongs, confirming that the suppliers have met the obligations with regard to the payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with the legal requirements of the relevant country. The certificate must not be older than 6 months.
