SPK will enter into agreement with one tenderer who can offer professional resources with the competence and experience to cover SPK's need.

In the first instance we need a test manager. The test manager must be in place approx. 1.12.2015. The need for consultants beyond the test manager will in the near future (i.e., the first year) likely be zero. The scope in the longer term of the framework agreement period will be dependent on projects we wish to carry out and is therefore per today uncertain.The duration of the framework agreement will be two years. The Contracting Authority has the option on extension of the framework agreement for a further four years/two + two, altogether a maximum of six years.
