Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement applies for 2 years from when the contract is signed. The contract has an option for the contracting authority to prolong the agreement for a further 1 year +1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The service provider's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
— Tax and VAT certificate, not older than six months. The certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration.
— Norwegian tenderers who are not VAT obliged must provide confirmation of this from the tax authorities.
— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
The tenderer shall meet the statutory requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
— HSE declaration filled in and signed.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
— The company's last annual Financial Statement including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain your credit appraisal on its own initiative.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Good experience is required from equivalent assignments. Here, the phrase ‘equivalent contracts’ means the supply of equivalent goods in large volumes to large and complex organizations.
— List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients and a short description of the assignment's content.
Good implementation ability is required.
— A description shall be enclosed of the tenderer's technical personnel or technical units at the tenderer's disposal, to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not.
— A quality assurance system is required to ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contractual obligations for ethical requirements (see contract section 6.7). This means that the tenderer has quality assurance methods that enable monitoring of compliance with ILO core conventions (ILO Convention Nos. 138 and 182 (prohibition of child labor), nos. 29 and 105 (prohibition of forced labor / slavery), nos. 100 and 111 (prohibition of discrimination) and nos. 87 and 98 (freedom of association and right to collective bargaining)).
