Framework agreement, Research and Development services in traffic safety

The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of: Research and Development services in traffic safety.
In working toward the 0 vision and the final stage of the National Transport Plan for a maximum of 500 people killed and seriously injured in 2024, it is necessary to continually generate new knowledge about effective traffic safety initiatives. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for the sector of traffic safety work, and shall have top competence in this discipline. Due to limited internal capacity, the agency wants to enter into framework agreement with up to six tenderers.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has a need for consulting in the following categories:
— Research and Development services in traffic safety
Selection of tenderers to the individual assignments will occur by mini contest cf. Annex 3 'Call-off template for framework agreement with mini contest'.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration purchases Research and Development services for an estimated 16 000 000 NOK per year.
The scope of the contract is:
The agreement period is two years from the date that both parties sign the contract.
Options:
The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 years, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.
