Norges Vassdrags- og Energidirektorat (NVE) (the Norwegian water resources and energy directorate)

The Norwegian water resources and energy directorate wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-5 suppliers. The framework agreement involves the purchase of fuel and accessories related to transportation Both bulk deliveries and pump related products, are required.
The Norwegian water resources and energy directorate uses approx. 50 vehicles and 30 construction machines. In the year 2014, the Norwegian water resources and energy directorate spent 5 400 000 NOK on fuel. This amount is excluding VAT. The fuel consumption was approx. 500 000 litres.
The Norwegian water resources and energy directorate requires approx. 60 filling cards.

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract. Documentation requirement: Annual Accounts, including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

In order to ensure a low environmental impact and a high quality of the deliveries, the tenderer is required to have systems and routines for continuous follow-up of the following conditions: 1 The organisation's competence in environment and security. 2. Waste management, including hazardous waste related to the vehicles. Documentation requirement: If the routines are described in the business' quality assurance or environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or equivalent third- party verified systems, a valid certificate, as well as copy of the established relevant routines must be submitted. Alternatively, an existing system, action plans and routines that substantiate that the requirements are fulfilled can be described.
