Tromsø kommune (Tromsø municipality)

Tromsø municipality wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the purchase and delivery of white and brown goods, and small electrical appliances.
Based on statistics from 2014 from our current supplier, the expected annual purchase of white and brown goods and small electrical appliances is approx. 1 200 000 NOK excluding VAT. It is subject to reservation that the amount varies based on each service location's requirement and budget situation, as well as the municipality's investment scheme.
Municipal companies and limited companies, cultural buildings, the Cultural Centre and municipal foundations can, in accordance with requirements, enter into the agreement. They are however not bound in the same way as municipal entities and services.

The tenderer's tax and VAT payments shall be in order. Documentation requirement: Tax Certificate for tax and VAT, not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation requirement: The company's last annual financial statements with auditors reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Documentation requirement: Reference list of comparable contracts in the last three years. The Contracting Authorities shall be specified with contact information so that references can be obtained. The references will be contacted if needed. Tenderers that are newly established and cannot therefore present references, must substantiate that they have the prerequisites required to fulfil the contract.
