K 01 Tax certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their tax assessments and paid tax and payroll tax. Documented by: Tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If the tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well.

K 02 VAT certificate — Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their VAT statements and paid VAT. Documented by: VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. K 03 Company Registration Certificate — Requirement: The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Presentation of the company's Annual financial statements or extracts thereof.
Credit Rating: Extended credit rating/report, not older than 3 months, from a publicly certified credit company, which includes a credit rating of the tenderer, typically given by a letter or short text, as well as an explanation of this. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. It is required that the company has a minimum credit score of creditworthy.

The company's most important assignments over the last 3 years, including their values, dates and recipients (applies to goods and services contracts).
Statement regarding the company's quality assurance system/quality management system.
Ethical trade: Moss municipality will have extra focus on ethical trade in this competition and has put this as a qualification requirement. Fill in annex 2 — Reply form ethical trade.
Environment management system: A good and well-functioning environment management system is required for the services that will be provided. Documented by an ISO 14001 certificate or equivalent.
