The intentions of entering into a framework agreement for procurements of technical infrastructure are several, but to ensure access to both products and services to the required scope, and when required, to competitive prices, are important.

7.4. It is a requirement that a Company Registration Certificate shall be enclosed with the tender.

7.3. Tax certificates not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tax certificates are: For Norwegian tenderers: — Form from the Tax Directorate (RF-1244) for VAT issued by the Tax Collection Office. — Form from the Tax Directorate (RF-1244) for tax and payroll taxes issued by the Tax Collection Office. Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer should submit a statement which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The statement shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for finance.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

7.5. A solidity assessment shall be enclosed from a certified credit rating company. The assessment must not be more than 3 months from the tender deadline. The tenderer must have a credit score of A or AN or equivalent.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

7.6.1. Implementation ability: A brief and general description of the business shall be given, including: A description of the company's business ideas and core competence related to the delivery. An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current activities, including a description of the technical specialist environment which support the areas requested by SPK in the tender contest. — A description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract, including a description of which parts of the assignment shall be carried out by sub suppliers. NB! See chapter 7.2 regarding the requirement for a commitment statement when sub-suppliers are engaged. The reply shall be given in the reply template for the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications, see annex E.

7.6.2. Experience: The tenderer shall describe 3 comparable deliveries during the previous 3 years. The assignment descriptions shall as a minimum include: — The name of the assignment — Date and duration — Information about the customer — Contact information of the relevant person at the Customer — Description of deliveries and assignments — The tenderer's role in the project. The reply shall be given in the reply template for the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications, see annex E. SPK reserve the right to contact the stated reference persons in order to verify the information provided.

7.6.3. Sufficient capacity. The tenderer shall provide information about how many of the various consultancy profiles are at the tenderer's disposal at the deadline for receipt of tenders, with high competence and experience with SPK's core technologies. The reply shall be done at the designated place in the table in the reply template for the tenderer's technical and professional qualifications, see annex E.
