The Ministry of Transport want sot procure railway consulting in the work with the railway reform project which can provide railway expertise by participation in the railway reform activities. It is anticipated that the need for assistance will fall into tow main categories: structural changes in the sector and introduction of a contest for passenger train traffic.

Sufficient professional expertise and capacity to execute the assignment.
Documentation requirement
Listing of the tenderer's relevant professional competence areas and number of resources in the competence areas to carry out the assignment (completed Annex 2). The tenderer shall offer competence in at least one of the two main categories according to chapter 1.2. In addition, the tenderer can add to competency areas that the tenderer considers are important for the railway reform work and where the tenderer can offer broad/deep competence.
