Framework agreement project management for construction projects

Asker municipality

Project and Development (PRU) is responsible for planning and implementing Asker municipality's development projects. PRU's employees are project and construction managers who use the municipality's own support functions, systems and routines in their project work. A framework agreement for project management shall be a supplement for PRU's own employees both as regards capacity and competence. Hired employees to PRU from the framework agreement shall deal with and use the municipality's systems and routines in the same way as the municipality's own employees. Emphasis will also be put on the hired employees to PRU having their work place in the municipality's premises when the persons in question are engaged in a municipal project and will thus be part of a joint project environment.
Call-offs on the framework agreement will be primarily made by PRU, but they can also be made by Property Management and Administration (EDF) or other entities in Asker municipality. There can be a need in some projects for a combined function of project manager and construction manager.
