Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The framework agreement shall be for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years, to a total of a maximum 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1. Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement:

Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The certificate can be electronically obtained from Altinn. Go to https://skatteetaten.no for further information.

Foreign tenderers:

Foreign tenderers shall present equivalent certificates from their country that show that their tax and duty payments are in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue these certificates, the tenderer shall submit a declaration which states that all taxes and duties have been paid. The declaration shall be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/ person responsible for Finance.

2. Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Documentation that the company is registered in a trade register or company in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.

Documentation requirement:

The company's last two annual accounts including the auditor's statement, as well as recent information that is of relevance for the company's accounting figures, for example, the provisional accounts for 2014.

Alternatively:

Credit rating from a recognised credit rating institution

(Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff Decision, Creditinform or similar).

The credit rating cannot be more than six months old, calculated from the expiry of the tender deadline. The credit rating must include:

— Key figures from the last 3 years

— Any remarks from the auditor.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. Tenderers shall have sufficient execution capability and capacity.

Documentation requirement:

An overview of the company's manpower and a short description of how the assignment is planned to be staffed, see part 1 annex 3.

2. Tenderers must have good experience from equivalent assignments.

A list of relevant contracts carried out by the company in the last 3 years, including information on the customer's name, the assignment's extent, contract value and date, see part 1 annex 3.

3. Certifications — Tenderers shall have the necessary technical certifications for the assignment.

Documentation of central certification within the execution of sanitation, heating and extinguishing installations, development class 2.

Alternatively the requirement can be fulfilled by documentation that states that local certification will be achieved for the actual work.
