The parties shall take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorised persons from gaining access to, or knowledge of the confidential information. The confidentiality agreement applies to the parties' employees, sub-contractors and third parties who act on behalf of he parties in connection with the execution of the agreement. The parties can only transfer confidential information to such sub-contractors and third parties to the extent this is necessary in the execution of the agreement. The confidentiality agreement does not prevent parties utilising experience and competence gained in connection with the execution of the agreement. The confidentiality agreement also applies after the agreement ceases. Employees or others who resign their positions [withdraw their services] at one of the parties shall also be subject to the confidentiality agreement even after they have left as mentioned above. The client confidentiality expires five (5) years after the delivery date, unless otherwise stated in the law or regulations.
