The contracting therefore wish, with this procurement, to establish an agreement with 3 tenderers that can comply with the Contracting Authority's requirements during the period in question. The contracting authority expects that it will primarily be requirements in relation to nursery schools, before-and-after school care services with kitchens, and office premises with meeting rooms. However, it must also be possible to deliver other buildings in accordance with requirements. I.e. housing units.

Tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
