The aim of the contract is to ensure that the department's properties are seen to, maintained and followed up so that the condition of the buildings and properties does not deteriorate and so that values are maintained. Furthermore, that technical installations function as expected and that buildings and sites are not exposed to damage and shortcomings without these being corrected by the necessary measures. It is a prerequisite that the Contracting Authority is notified of damage/shortcomings that cannot be corrected within the caretaker assignment, for further follow-up and possible orders/procurements.
