Framework agreement multi-functional machines

Brønnøysundregistrene (The Brønnøysund Register Centre)

A 2 year framework agreement shall be entered into. The framework agreement involves the delivery of multi-function machines for the period from 1.2.2016 until 31.1.2018 with unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register centre to prolong the agreement with 1 + 1 year. The options for prolongation will be automatically be operative unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest 1 month prior to the option period taking effect.
The contracting authority estimates a requirement for 2 multi-function machines per annum. I.e. 8 machines during the entire contract period, including the option years. The estimate is to be considered as informative and is not binding for the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax and VAT certificate. The requirement for tax and VAT certificate means that suppliers with business addresses outside Norway shall present certificates that confirm that the supplier has settled conditions regarding payment of taxes and duties in the country of origin. The certificates shall be issued by public authorities that are authorised to issue such certificates. If a tenderer's home country does not issue such documents or certificates, they can be replaced by a declaration given under oath or affirmation by the relevant person to a legal or administrative authority, a notarius publicus or other competent authority in the home country or current country of residence. Tax and VAT certificate. The certificate shall not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Company Registration Certificate: The Contracting Authority will obtain the company registration certificate for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must attach certificates that prove that they are legally established businesses as determined by the law of the country in which the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company's most recent annual report with notes, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures. If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the financial situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual accounts, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/comply with the contractual terms.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall attach an overview of his experience from comparable assignments. The summary must contain the most important deliveries over the last 3 years, their value/scope, what the delivery included, the time and recipient. Appendix 7 — ‘Overview of equivalent assignments’ should be completed and attached.

Considerable experience is required from equivalent contracts for corresponding customers.

The tenderer is required to have a good ability to fulfil the contract.
