Framework agreement: Main inspections of bridges and ferry quays in the Northern Region 2015-2017

The contracting authority would like to receive tenders for the following services:
1. Main inspection of bridges and ferry quays.
2. Main inspection of suspension and stay cable bridges
560 bridges and 17 suspension and stay cable bridges shall have a main inspection in the coming 5 years, in addition 600 bridges shall have below water inspections. 129 ferry quays shall have above and below water inspections in the coming 3 years.
The assignment also includes registering damage in the bridge management programme BRUTUS, documentation of damage in the form of pictures and video, as well as relevant sample taking, surveying, reports etc.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the number of bridges that shall be inspected each year can vary from year to year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have competence and experience within the relevant consulting service and shall have carried out assignments of the same nature, complexity/degree of difficulty and scope/size.

The inspector shall have relevant engineering education or equivalent qualifications and good knowledge of bridges' durability and static mode of operation.

A list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed during the past 3 years, including information about the value, time, as well as the name of the public or private recipients. Services to public contracting authorities shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by the authority in question. If the services were for private contracts, certificates should be issued or confirmed by these. In the absence of this, a declaration from the tenderer will be accepted.
