The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Factories who manufacture the offered equipment are required to have implemented a quality assurance system that is verified by a third party, equivalent to an ISO 9001 certification.

Documentation:

— Company Registration Certificate;

— Presentation of a valid certificate issued by a third party that states that the factory that shall manufacture the offered equipment has implemented a quality assurance system such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tax certificates not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tax certificates are defined as:

— Tax and payroll tax certificates;

— VAT certificate;

— The tenderer's annual report for recent fiscal years;

— Presentation of the tenderer's last 2 financial statements with notes and including the auditor's report;

— The contracting authority can accept other documentation that is relevant for the supplier's financial position.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Norwegian tenderers must have arranged conditions with respect to payment of tax, employer contributions and VAT.

Tenderers are required to have good economic and financial solidity, equivalent to an equity share that is > 12 %, so that the tenderer shall be able to fulfil the contract obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— The tenderer shall submit a list of its corresponding assignments in the past 3 years, including the contract's value, date and name of public or private recipient.

— An overview of the tender's total manpower with reference to this delivery.

— A description of the tenderer's technical personnel who will be used for fulfilment of such an assignment. Documentation of competence/courses for these persons shall be enclosed.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers must substantiate experience from equivalent contracts to relevant contracting authorities.

Tenderers are required to have technical and professional competence in the company in the offered equipment so that the contract obligations can be fulfilled and service and inspections can be carried out at a later date.
