Rakkestad kommune

Rakkestad kommune invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest regarding the delivery of PC equipment. The annual consumption is approx. 1 000 000 NOK. The amount stated in the price annex is only a guideline and not binding. Investment projects can be excluded from this tender.
This request for tenders involves mobile telephones, wyse boxes, PCs, monitors, network printers and other peripheral equipment related to work stations for the administration and the school sector. The volume will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation, activities and other influences, and the historical purchase volume should therefore only be used as a guide.
The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations, and that the delivery is otherwise in accordance with the order from the user. The tenderer is responsible for the sub supplier's deliveries in the same way that he is for his own deliveries.
Contract period.
The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract subject to the same conditions by 1 + 1 years, so that the total possible length of the agreement is four years. Any prolongation of the contract must be taken up at least 3 months before the contract expires.
