Framework agreement — ICT equipment and services

The framework agreement shall include the following equipment:
— Servers and other computer room equipment
— PCs: Desktops and monitors, Laptops
— Printers
— Equipment related to these. E.g. backup systems, server racks and other computer room equipment, as well as docking, cables, headsets, cameras and other PC client equipment.
The agreement shall include the following services related to use and operation of the ICT equipment:
— Installation and setup of systems/equipment
— Testing and commissioning new systems/equipment
— Operating support for new systems/equipment
— Consultancy in connection with choosing equipment and systems
— Assistance in connection with ordering, managing and overview of licences and licence regulations.
— Service, support and maintenance of systems/equipment.
