Framework agreement for the purchase of traffic signs with traffic safety information

The Contracting Authority would like to receive tenders for the delivery of the following:
Framework agreement on traffic signs type 590 in accordance with The Norwegian Public Roads Administration Handbook N300 including freight. Traffic signs type 590 are signs with traffic safety information, that are placed along Norwegian roads.
The objective of the procurement is:
To use signs along the road as a means of reaching out with different messages from The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, primarily regard traffic safety and campaigns.
The scope of the contract is:
The agreement period is 2 years from 23.4.2016. The Contracting Authority has a further option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year, thus the total possible contract length is 4 years.
The agreement concerns delivery of signs nationwide in Norway.
The contract's amount or value:
The framework agreement's estimated value is NOK 1 750 000 excluding VAT. The number is based on previous experiences with this type of procurement, but there is a large amount of uncertainty as to what the volume will be. The estimated contract value is of an informative nature only, and the Contracting Authority is not bound by this.
Number of tenderers:
For this procurement, a contract will be signed with one tenderer.
