The framework agreement will be for 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The contracting authority will take up the option in writing at the latest 3 months before the original contract period expires.

Qualification requirement:
— Paid taxes and duties.
Documentation requirement:
— A certificate, not older than six months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations in relation to payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The certificate can be ordered and obtained from Altinn by using a separate link on skatteetaten.no If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. For further information, see skatteetaten.no The certificate shall be enclosed with the tender in accordance with the outline given in the tender documents.

Qualification requirement:
— Adequate economic and financial capacity to implement the assignment, in which amongst other things being creditworthy without any requirement for guarantees will be adequate.
Documentation requirement:
— A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Qualification requirement:
— Tenderers must have carried out at least three relevant deliveries in recent years of relevance to this assignment. Relevant in this context means that the tenderer has carried out minor maintenance and upgrading assignments, in which the tenderer has, amongst other things, coordinated assignments within the trades that are defined in point 2.2 in this document.

— Tenderers must document the professional competence and capacity to fulfil the assignment within the trades that are defined in point 2.2 in this document.
— The company is required to have an environmental profile and quality assurance system.
— The company is required to have central certification within the trades a tender is submitted for.
Documentation requirement:
— Reference list of all of the tenderer's deliveries in recent years, with relevance to this assignment, stating the name of the contracting authority, and if possible, a value and reference for the assignment. What has been delivered and the function the tenderer had in the assignment, must be stated.

— A description of the tenderer's professional competence and capacity within the requested trades, also including sub suppliers.
— A description of, or confirmation that the tenderer has an environmental profile and quality assurance system. If the company is certified, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the certificate.
— Tenderers shall enclose documentation of certification within the trades and what this covers as regards execution and inspection.
