Framework agreement for the purchase and service for use in broadcasting

DSS wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of equipment and services that shall be used in connection with various film productions, TV productions and stage productions. The framework agreement also includes installations and consultancy service in relation to planning, engineering design, testing and use of the equipment. The equipment shall be used for both sound and picture productions.
The framework agreement is intended to be dynamic and shall be updated gradually when new products are available or replaced. The Contracting Authority shall be able to procure the Supplier's entire assortment of products and services included in the agreement's scope, to the degree that this is in accordance with the objective of the agreement. The supplier shall always offer the entire product assortment in audio-visual equipment, cameras, sound equipment, light and video equipment, in such a way that also other associated products and service than what are directly requested in the contract, can be procured.
DSS' service is build up on fixed installations, such as press rooms, control rooms and engine rooms. In addition, the contracting authority create productions with mobile equipment, both multi camera productions, reportages and pure sound productions, and the delivery therefore includes equipment for both fixed installations as well as mobile equipment.
