The objective of the procurement is to meet the contracting authority’s requirement on:
Gravel and crushed stones for road construction works, investments and operations. Machine gravel, road gravel, crushed stones, quarry waste and top-soil.
The machine gravel and road gravel shall comply with the requirements identical to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s standards with regard to sieve analyses and sieve curves.
Transport services are not included in the tender.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company — Business Registration Certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
— The tenderer must enclose with the tender, a credit rating. The rating shall not be more than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Minimum rating requirement is ‘worthy of credit’ or equivalent. This is to be issued/carried out by a bank or a certified credit institution.

It is hereby confirmed that all our employees, sub-suppliers, and hired personnel that are engaged in the execution of services and construction works for the contracting authority, do not have inferior wage and working conditions than those required in the current nationwide tariff agreement, or are otherwise normal for the relevant location and profession where the services/works are executed.

The Contracting Authority requires, in accordance with the Regulations’ § 5, that contractors and any sub-contractors directly involved in the contract can, upon request, substantiate the wage and working conditions of the employees and hired personnel that contribute to the implementation of the contract.

The contracting authority reserves the right to impose requisite sanctions if the contractor or any sub-contractors do not comply with the contractual clause regarding wage and working conditions. The sanctions shall be designed to influence the contractor or sub-contractors to comply with the contractual clause.
