The contracting authority's operational departments need to procure various building articles such as form-work, planks, tables, mortar etc. for use in the agency's daily maintenance. In addition to standard products, we would also like suppliers to deliver customised products such as wooden wedges, makeshift roadway planks and form-work rings. The products are included in the normal stock for the contracting authority.

In addition to standard products, the supplier must be able to deliver customised products such as makeshift roadway planks, form-work rings and shoring.
These are products that we would like the supplier to have in stock at our request, the extent is given in the attached price form.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the products that will be provided.
The following requirements apply to all of the products:
— heavy metals or biocides are not to be added;
— there are to be no problems in the waste phase;
— they are to be manufactured from sustainable forests;
— they are to have sufficient biological durability.
