Framework agreement for the further development of MERA and search statistics reports

OD requires consultancy services from one consultant to further development the existing Excel model MERA and search statistics reports so that they are operational and user friendly. OD would like to enter into a framework agreement for 2 years with one service provider, with an option for OD to extend the framework agreement for 1 + 1 year. The framework agreement is for an estimated value of 600 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. This, however, does not give any rights to the service provider or obligations for OD.
MERA makes production, const and income profiles based on reservoir equations, different connections between cost types and activity (for example, drilling costs and development costs depending on the type of resource, development solution and geography). Different financial key figures are calculated based on the profiles. The input is prospects and/or finds. The output is production and cost profiles as well as financial key figures. The model also works out scenarios for future production and investment profiles for the total undiscovered resources. These are based on expectations of areas being opened for search activity, the number of search wells, the probability of finds, the order of the finds and the capacity of various infrastructure.
The search statistics reports show various activities such as search wells, search costs, transactions etc. divided between licences and licence owners over time.
The planned start of the first call-off is immediately after the framework agreement has been signed.
