The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of a ‘Framework Agreement for the establishment of demand model for short passengers journeys’. The demand model will be central in the upcoming new passenger model system for short journeys. The demand model shall focus on analyses in cities and the surrounding commuter area of the largest cities. Analyses in the city will have a main focus in the tele transport Authority, and it is therefore important that the Contracting Authority has a model tool that is to a high degree.
The scope of the contract is:
The Framework Agreement starts up by 15.10.2015 at the latest, and shall be completed by 15.10.2019.

The estimated upper financial limit of the assignment for the period is 8 000 000 NOK — 20 000 000 NOK including VAT. This is dependant on grants from the Ministry of Transport.
