Tenderers shall be a full-assortment supplier of printed teaching aids and other literature.
The procurement of digital teaching aids is not covered by this framework agreement.

Approx. 60 % of the contracting authority's procurement of books is made before the start of the school year every year, as a part of the schools' main order. The main order is placed in May/June month with delivery in July/August. For further information See the tender documentation.

Requirement:
The supplier shall be registered in a professional register, trade register or company register, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Documentation:
Documentation showing that the supplier is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise registers as required by the law of the state where the supplier is established, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
The supplier shall have the financial and economic capacity the assignment requires.
Documentation:
Extracts from the company's Annual Financial Statements for 2014 and the auditor's report. If this has not been completed, enclose the company's financial statements for 2013 and the auditor's report.
Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for extracts of annual accounts, may alternatively submit the business plan with the overall plan for funding.
During assessment of the supplier's financial and economic position, the contracting authority will itself obtain a credit assessment from Dun & Bradstreet Norway AS via StartBank.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 1:
The supplier must have access to resources that have the expertise and implementation ability within in the disciplines required by the contract.
Documentation:
The supplier must give a description of the organisation, and the manner in which the organisation will be used to carry out the agreement.
Requirement 2:
The supplier shall have experience from a minimum of two equivalent contracts.
The supplier shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 years, hereunder information on the time frame and contracting authority.
Requirement 3:
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided. At a minimum, the system shall include procedures for document management, reporting non-compliance and initiating corrective measures with non-compliance.

Requirement 4:
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.
