Framework agreement for the care of green areas and outdoor work

The service involves, amongst other things, sweeping and removal of leaves and cutting grass and edges, removal of unwanted vegetation by fences, beds and along pavements and footpaths. Furthermore there are additional services such as the care of bushes, trees and hedges. Continual needs are uncovered for repairs and improvements as well as upgrades at our properties and outside areas. The framework agreement shall also see to the necessary maintenance of our outdoor areas and the accompanying equipment managed by the contracting authority. Outdoor work and improvements to our outdoor areas will be carried out after the contracting authority places an order, or after a mini competition.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Legally established company:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.
— The service provider shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
— Tax Certificate for tax and VAT respectively, not more than 6 months old. The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office.
Foreign service providers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
— The service provider shall enclose a HSE self-declaration.
— A signed HSE self-declaration not older than 6 months.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The company's last 2 Financial Statements including notes, managements Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures, and/or
— An enclosed updated credit rating issued by a publicly certified credit rating company, which is based on the last known accounting figures, not older than 6 months.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service provider must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— List of the 5 most relevant reference assignments during the past 3 years. Include information about the value, date and name of the recipient. The performance shall be documented by attestations on which the value of the assignment is stated, issued or confirmed by the contracting authority and a name/telephone no. for a contact person at the contracting authority.

— Overview of competence and experience of the manpower who will be used for the assignment.
— The service provider shall state the number of type of technical units that are planned to be used for the service. Overview of equipment and machines that are available for the implementation of the contract.
— Statement regarding the service provider's quality assurance system/management system.

— Experience from similar contracts is required.
— Service providers are required to have sufficient capacity and suitable manpower available for the assignment and suitable equipment for the assignment.
— Good procedures and systems for the fulfilling the contract.
