KKE, the contracting authority, wishes to enter into a framework agreement with up to three contractors of signage and marking assignments of various scope and nature.
KKE's sign procurements will mainly be in relation to renovation and upgrading of buildings, including universal design.
The framework agreement may also be used in connection new buildings, but for larger works the contracting authority reserves the right to publish a separate tender contest.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— Tax certificate;

— VAT certificate;

The certificates should be no more than 6 months old from the tender deadline.

— Foreign Tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones;

— HSE self-declaration;

— Company registration certificate (for Norwegian companies);

Proof that the company is registered in a trade register or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established (for foreign companies).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Annual Financial Statement, including the management's Annual Report and auditor's statement.

— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: KKE will conduct a total evaluation of the financial situation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description documenting relevance.

— A statement of the size of the company, number of employees, head office and branch offices. The tenderers shall confirm in their account that they have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.

— The tenderer shall submit an updated CV for the consultant.

— A statement of the tenderer's quality assurance system/management system is requested. The statement shall contain maximum 2 A4 pages or a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
