For operation and maintenance assignments, it is anticipated that the annual need will be 0.5 man years per annum. For renovations, replacements and modifications, there is an anticipated need of between 1-5 additional people, which varies according to the assignments' progress plan. The scope of purchasing materials varies according to the nature of the assignment and what materials Norges Bank has in their own warehouses. The total scope of the assignments to be awarded in the following years is expected to be in the range of 4 000 000-30 000 000 NOK excluding VAT in total for 4 years. Previous experience suggests that the demand can vary up or down from year to year.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.

Certificate for tax and VAT issued by The Norwegian Tax Administration. (must not be more than 6 months old). These requirements also apply for sub-contractors.

The tenderer must submit an HSE self-declaration, see Annex no. 1 (to be filled out) and must have a functioning HSE system.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate (Norwegian tenderers). The company registration certificate shall show the board's composition at the time the tender is submitted.

Registration certificates from professional registers as determined by legislation in the country in which the service provider is established (other tenderers).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.

The company's most recent Annual Report, with annual financial statements and auditor's report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer must have sufficient professional qualifications to be able to carry out the assignments.

Description and documentation of the company's professional qualifications and competence in accordance with the description in chapter 2.4.

The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to be able to carry out the assignment.

Overview of the most important deliveries with equivalent competence areas in the last 3 years, with the following information:

— Name of customer.

— Date.

— Services provided.

— Scope of the services provided.

A brief report shall be attached outlining the company's total manpower relevant to this agreement. An organisation chart for the company shall be enclosed with the tender.

The tenderer shall have a quality assurance system.

Description and documentation of the company's overall quality assurance system as a basis for implementation of the contract. The list of contents for the quality assurance system shall be enclosed.

Requirement for a binding statement:

If the tenderer wishes to rely on the capacity of other companies, the tenderer must demonstrate to the Contracting Authority that it will have the necessary resources available, by presenting a commitment statement from these companies.

All documentation requested in chapter 4, Qualification Requirement, is also valid for any sub-contractors.

Norges Bank accepts only 1 chain of sub-contractors.
