The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years with an option on a further 1 year + 1 year.
OED is starting a project course to establish a full scale CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) chain in Norway with capture, transport and storage. The first step will be a feasibility study and the intention is to continue this in a FEED and a design phase. Gassnova will follow up the technical activity on the storage side and in this regard needs support with professional specialised knowledge.
Gassnova will hire in professional resources as needed. It is anticipated that the need can be covered on 2 months notice. The length of the engagements will vary, primarily between 2 months and 1 year. Examples of engagements will be follow-up of an entire phase in the project or execution of a review of a final report.
The professional areas to be covered are geology, geophysics, petrophysics, reservoir technique and simulation, fire and drilling, petroleum production, under water equipment, process, cost and plan and project implementation.

Impartiality statement: Self-declaration, where the tenderer describes own impartiality in relation to our interest area CO2 treatment, as well as general impartiality in relation to Gassnova SF.

Requirement to present a tax and VAT certificate (National requirement).

Requirement to present a self-declaration in accordance with the Regulations' Annex 2 regarding HSE (National requirement).

Note! Certificates must no be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Presentation of the company's Annual financial statements or extracts thereof.

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. — Updated credit appraisal from a recognised credit rating agency (Proff Forvalt or equivalent), shall be enclosed the tender. The appraisal must provide information about the credit rating and/or the extent of any risk of bankruptcy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

It shall be documented that the tenderer has at least 10 employees.

Document, by way of a list, 3 equivalent, major projects or assignments from parties in the oil, gas or energy branch, during the previous 3 years. Including a short description of the assignments, their values, dates and recipients.
