Framework agreement for purchase of friction meters

Statens vegvesen (The Norwegian Public Roads Administration)

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration wants to enter into agreements with 3 tenderer for the delivery of friction meters. These will be used to monitor the friction during winter in relation to the requirements in the operations contract we have with contractors. The meters must satisfy requirements that apply to approved continuous friction meters in accordance with the requirement specification found here: http://www.vegvesen.no/s/anbud/dkmal2015/xxxx-D2-ID9300d-Friksjon-20140501.pdf />The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 years with the possibility to extend with 1 year + 1 year.
The agreement shall apply to the entirety of The Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
