Tenderer shall be able to offer maintenance of both existing equipment and software, as well as equipment and software purchased in this agreement.
Consultant and advisory services in connection with the above areas.
Service level agreements with defined service requirements
Other services which support the purpose of the agreement.
*Detailed specification of software will be in the tender documentation.
The tenderer is expected to have a network solution for order, command and service handling as well as other support systems to ensure good implementation of the agreement.
There may be a requirement for the tenderer's personnel who shall execute assignments under this agreement to have security clearance subject to the legislation on preventative security service, the 20.3.1998 no. 10 (The Security Act).
