Framework agreement for photocopiers for Tromsø municipality

Tromsø kommune

Tromsø municipality invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement and leasing of multi-functional printers (MF machines) including installation, support and service.
The contract will be for 2 years with an option for an extension of 1 year at a time for up to 2 years.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the length of the leasing contracts is up to each orderer to consider, they can be for 3 or 5 years.
The contract will apply to all of the municipality's units/service places. The municipality is to be seen as one customer, but with several delivery and invoice addresses.
Municipal companies, arts buildings, the arts centre and municipal foundations etc. can use the contract if needed.

Tenderers shall enclose confirmation of: Technical and professional qualifications at the supplier. Suppliers must document that they have personnel with technical and professional qualifications. (Experience and certification). If a supplier must use other companies' capacity to fulfil the contract, specification must be provided of which resources belong to the supplier and which resources belong to other companies. There must also be a description of which parts of the contract will be handled by other companies.
