KKE would like to enter into a framework agreement with a lawyer company/one lawyer for legal advice and assistance. At least one of the offered persons for the assignment must have a lawyer licence.
The framework agreement is for 2 years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority shall have an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year in accordance with the terms that are agreed in the contract.
KKE requires assistance with public procurements, including operative advice, quality assurance and assistance with preparing tender documentation, entering into contractor contracts and legal questions concerning the operation of properties.

— VAT certificate.
A tax certificate and a certificate for paid fees are issued either by the local tax office or the tax collection office where the tenderer's head office is located. The certificates shall not be older than 6 months, when calculated from the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit assessment/rating, not older than three months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
— The annual accounts for the last 2 years, including the annual report and the auditor's statement. If a tenderer has further information that ought to be taken into consideration, this is to be enclosed.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Documentation in the form of a self-declaration that the company has satisfactory qualifications within the legal assistance stated in the specifications.
— Confirmation that a minimum of one of those who shall carry out the assignment has a lawyer licence and is registered as a practising lawyer with Tilsynsrådet.
— Self-declaration that the company has sufficient capacity to carry out the workload resulting from the framework agreement. The planned start is 1 September.
