A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.The contract will be for one year with an option for a further extension once or several times in the coming three years.Experience shows that there are five furnishing projects for embassies per annum, the estimated value per project is 500-1 000 NOK. The embassies'call-offs for furniture for official residences will vary in volume.The framework agreement does not bind the ministry financially, the ministry will only be bound by each individual procurement. Annual amounts always depend on the budget situation and the market situation in general. Attention is drawn to the fact that the framework agreement involves a right, but not a duty, for the contracting authority to use it. The framework agreement shall not prevent the contracting authority choosing other suppliers after a concrete assessment.
