The Norwegian State Education Loan Fund is holding an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a facilitator of consultancy services within IT consultancy services and project management. The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian State Education Loan Fund has access to consultancy services within the following competence areas:
— System development, further development and administration of the Norwegian State Education Loan Fund's system portfolio;
— IT-security;
— IT-operations and infrastructure;
— Project management and process management.
Tenders must be submitted for facilitating consultancy services within all of the above mentioned competence areas.
The consultant facilitator shall be a complete responsible contract party for all the call-offs under the framework agreement with Norwegian State Education Loan Fund.

The extent of the consultancy services that could be procured under this framework agreement is estimated to approx. 30 000 000 NOK (including VAT) per annum. Attention is drawn to the fact that this is an estimate and it can be changed over time based on which assignments are carried out and on awarded resources. The extent can therefore be both lower and higher and the estimated value is not binding for the Norwegian State Education Loan Fund.
