The contract period is two years. The contracting authority shall, in addition, have an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 years on the same terms. The contracting authority can also extend the contract for a shorter period than one year and the contracting authority shall, thus, have an option for a temporary contract on the same terms. If the contracting authority extends the contract in the first option period for a shorter period than one year, the contracting authority will not take up a new option period.

Use of other companies' capacity.
Tenderers can use other companies'qualifications for fulfilment of the requirements for economic and financial position (point 5.5) and/or technical and professional qualifications (point 5.6).
Other companies are defined as other legal entitites (legal subject) than the service provider himself.
This right applies regardless of the legal character of the connection between them. Tenderers can, for example, use a company in the same group, or sub suppliers who shall carry out parts of the assignment.
The contracting authority cannot, in other words, demand that the responsible tenderer and potential contract partner fulfils all the qualification requirements itself. The decisive factor is whether the companies together fulfil the requirements.
The preprequisite is that the tenderer encloses relevant qualification documentation for companies they will use (e.g. a reference list), as well as a binding statement - filled in and signed by a person with the necessary authority, cf. annex 7.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the statement shall also be signed if it applies to a company in the same group, or sub suppliers who shall carry out parts of the assignment. A lack of documentation for such a statement will mean that the contracting authority cannot emphasise the qualifications at the company/companies referred to when assessing whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled.
