The procurement of contractor services (framework agreement) with up to four (4) contractors in the following discipline:
— Electrician.
The contract is for maintenance measures, minor alterations and installations in GIVAS' properties. A report and possibly schedule over measures to be done will be prepared. This will be a part of the tenderer's internal control folder (section electro). The work shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement's hourly rates. The framework includes execution and required materials related to the execution.
The tenders for each municipality will be evaluated separately.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

It is required that the tenderer has settled conditions in connection with payment of taxes and VAT.

Documentation requirement:

— Tax certificate (tax certificate for tax issued by the chief municipal treasurer) which is not older than 6 months from the tender deadline;

— VAT Certificate (Certificate for paid VAT issued by the tax collection office) which is not older than 6 months from the tender deadline;

— Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.

The tenderer is required to be a legally established company.

— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises;

— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the company is established.

Tenderers that are required not to have been legally convicted or fined for corruption and/or financial fraud in the last 5 years.

—Tenderers shall enclose a self-declaration stating that the requirement is fulfilled. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a print out of the conviction or fine register from the police authority.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Good solidity and the financial and economic capacity necessary for fulfilling the contract are required. Tenderers must not be in debt negotiations or bankrupt.

Documentation requirement:

— Credit rating equivalent to Dun and Bradstreet's rating ‘A’ or equivalent.

If the tenderer has any valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tender may prove its financial position with any other document that is acceptable to the contracting authority.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Experience is required from equivalent contracts with the accompanying services.

Documentation requirement: The tenderer must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past 3 years, including information concerning value, date and recipient (name and e-mail). References will only be contacted if required.

— Electro contractors must be certified as electro contractors and registered in DSB's installer register. Electro contractors shall have a certificate as an installer group L.

Documentation requirement: Confirmation that the requirement is fulfilled.

— The tenderer must have the required implementation ability and capacity required for the delivery within each geographical area cf. the tender documents and accompanying annexes.

Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall provide an overview of the company's manpower.
