The primary purpose of the assignment is to document heritage values, both for buildings and park/landscape installations and establishment of the technical condition data of the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's heritage properties in their database (dRofus). The data shall be utilised as a basis for management plans and in the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's digital building information models (BIM). The properties heritage protection is defined in the country conservation plans. This states the purpose of the protection, the scope (protection classification 1 or 2, exterior/interior/outside 1) and the basis for the protection.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest on framework agreement for consultancy services to management plans for the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's heritage properties.In accordance with ‘The Royal Decree overriding plementary provisions on the management of state heritage properties’, management plans shall be prepared for all of the state's heritage properties. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property manages approx. 130 of these properties.In the years 2008 to and including 2015, management plans have been prepared for a number of properties.From and including 2016 to and including 2018, it is planned to prepare management plans for the remaining approx. 50 heritage properties in the the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's portfolio.For preparation of these management plans, The Directorate of Public Construction and Property requests consultancy services for:a) Write the overriding management plan for each individual property,b) Register heritage values for each individual property,c) Write individual technical condition analyses.This shall form the basis for FDVU on The Directorate of Public Construction and Property's heritage properties.The consultancy services for this will be carried out by a group of collaborating disciplines with competence in:— Cultural relic protection (building/landscape),— Landscape gardening and/or landscape architecture,— Technical condition analyses (building),— CAD drawing.
