The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for the following:
— Restructuring and changes processes;
— Manager and employee development;
— Innovation.
A framework agreement with 3-5 service providers will be signed for each of the above. Assignments will be awarded after mini competitions.

Kort beskrivelse:
Difi would like tenders for training, support and development for managers and employees. There will also be a need to clarify and strengthen the management's role. As a part of this, it can be necessary to procure support within subjects such as coaching, manager evaluation, competence development within management related themes. It can also be necessary to carry out other manager orientated measures such as manager training, tailor-made courses and/or manager programmes for large and small manager groups.

Kort beskrivelse:
Difi has, in the last 2 years, carried out a competence raising programme within innovation and innovation management. The methods we have gone through are BLT (Need-solution-test), the Customer journey, Doblin 10 and The 5 Disciplines of Innovation. Difi would like tenders within further training and training to continue to acquire competence within the above mentioned innovation methodology. Assistance can be required for further training, advice and coaching, possibly tailor-made courses and/or programmes for both managers and employees. Furthermore, we would like tenders for assistance with the development of guidelines material. .

A VAT certificate is required (National requirement)
A tax certificate is required (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider (i.e. the company that has submitted the tender) shall enclose a credit rating from a certified credit institution/company. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. This credit assessment must include a credit rating, (including a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating), and it must be carried out by a publicly approved credit institution. The credit score must not be poorer than A (creditworthy) or equivalent if a different form of score is used (assessment of figures). Tenders from service providers with a lower rating than A or equivalent (i.e. not credit worthy or credit worthy with security) will not be considered. Newly established service providers can present a bank declaration as proof of credit worthiness.

Statement regarding the company's quality assurance system/quality management system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Difi needs consultants who have education and experience in the contract areas and who can refer to good results from relevant assignments. Tenderers are required to have experience from similar assignments and the capacity to obtain qualified assistance at short notice.
