Framework agreement for cleaning services

Tromsø kommune (Tromsø municipality)

Tromsø kommune wants tender offers on changing (not fixed) cleaning assignments, and periodical cleaning of the municipality's entities.
The cleaning services is administered and carried out primarily by the result unit Fagrent, which describes methods and assortment as well as having control of purchasing of consumables, supplies and machines on behalf of Tromsø kommune. Fagrent calculates demand, plans and purchases additional cleaning services.
Fagrent has an employer responsibility for approx. 140 cleaners, distributed to schools, nursery schools, health and administration building. The county council has approved that cleaning normally shall be carried out during ordinary daytime, from Monday to Friday (7:00-17:00).
Tromsø kommune c/o Fagrent shall enter into new agreements for the delivery of additional cleaning services to the municipality's departments and service sites. The agreement will apply to the municipal institutions and departments and deal with sporadic cleaning, daily cleaning and periodical cleaning. Other departments in Tromsø kommune can take advantage of the framework agreement by purchasing of cleaning services that are not administered through Fagrent.
5 400 000 NOK was used on cleaning services in 2014. However, Tromsø kommune expects a decline in these numbers since the mainland side shall be put out to private tenderers.
