Framework agreement for Catering Services

Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo (Oslo National Academy of the Arts)

Oslo National Academy of the Arts, The Oslo School of Architecture and Design, The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences and the Norwegian Academy of Music are collaborating on the implementation of the tender contest and establishing a framework agreement for the purchase of catering services in Oslo.
The Contracting Authorities have a varied need for cuisine and volume within catering services.
The framework agreement for purchase of catering services shall comprise the implementation and delivery of fresh food and cuisine, and if required, beverages.
The framework agreement includes the hire of catering personnel including chefs and waiters, as well as the hire of catering equipment if needed.
A parallel framework agreement will be entered into for the purchase of catering services with 2 tenderers, who can perform this service in Oslo and who can ensure that the provision of the service is in line with the Contracting Authorities' needs. The tenderers must be able to deliver all of the catering services described in the tender documentation.
The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years with an option for extension for a further 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is altogether 4 years.
The framework agreement is valid from the 1.8.2015.
