The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: Tax certificate and VAT certificate.

The tenderer must be a legally established company. Documentation: Company Registration Certificate/registration in a trade index.

The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to complete the contract. Documentation obtained from ProffForvalt. Possibly a suitable bank/parent company guarantee etc. can be provided.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Implementation ability — Personnel Documentation: Overview of the number of man years, competence for special/important professional fields for the execution of this delivery.

Good experience from similar assignments. Documentation: Reference form.

Central approval. Documentation: 1) Valid proof of central approval for the right to accept responsibility (enterprise classification 2) in relevant professional fields and functions. Or 2) Documentation that the organisation meets the requirements of local right to accept responsibility for actions in the relevant enterprise classification and function. For detailed information about which requirements are set to obtain such approval, see the Regulation on building matters (SAK10) Third part — Approval and responsibility.

The tenderer is required to satisfy the requirement to obtain authorisation to work with asbestos from The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, or have a binding agreement to control resources from another organisation that fulfils the requirements (sub-contractors). Documentation: 1) Valid proof of authorisation to carry out demolition, repairs and maintenance work of materials containing asbestos. Or 2) — Documentation that the organisation fulfils the requirement of the above named authorisation. For comprehensive information about which requirements are set to obtain such approval, see the Regulation on Asbestos. 3) Commitment statement and documentation on approval for asbestos work.

Procedures for environmental management — 1) Description of the company's procedures and systems to ensure the execution of the delivery has a low environmental impact. Or 2) If the company has environmental certification in accordance with ISO 14001:2004 (or a more recent version) or equivalent third party verified systems, such a certificate will be accepted as documentation for fulfilment of the qualification requirement.

Procedures for quality management. 1) Description of the company's procedures regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility, manufacturing process and continuous analysis and improvement. 2) If the tenderer holds an ISO 9001:2008 certificate (or newer version), such a certificate will be accepted as documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirement.
